We're sorry to hear you're having issues logging in. Here are some quick things to check.


  1. Are you logging in at heymonika.app?

  2. Have you tried resetting your password using the reset password option on the login screen?

  3. Are you using a computer? Hey Monika isn't optimised for mobile use, as you'll be preparing accounts and using accounting software for some of the scenarios, you need access to a laptop. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience. Hey Monika does not support Firefox or Safari.
