How do I get help from Monika?

Monika is your built-in AI mentor. There are two ways to speak to Monika.

From within a scenario

If you get stuck, you can click Get Help From Monika on the right hand screen of any scenario. She can point you in the right direction, support you with the answers to technical questions, or give you hints without giving away the full answer. Click

Anytime from the dashboard

There is always the option to "ask Monika" from within the course dashboard. We know that sometimes you need technical support, even when you're not working through a scenario. Click on the sparkles icon on the left of the Dashboard screen to chat with Monika.

Monika is there to support your learning, not just provide solutions—so she’ll guide you with the next step rather than doing the work for you. We see Monika as the mentor you'd traditionally have sat next to you in the office as a trainee, we know that work today doesn't look like that and we wanted to give you the benefit of an in-software mentor. The more you practice asking questions, the more confident you’ll feel talking to real clients in the future.
