How can I cancel my Hey Monika Subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go, but we’ve made cancelling your subscription as simple as possible. You can cancel at any time, and you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.


If you pay by Stripe (most current subscribers):

  1. Log in to your Hey Monika account.

  2. Go to Settings → Billing.

  3. Select Cancel Plan and confirm.

Once cancelled, you’ll see a confirmation message on screen, and you’ll also get an email from Stripe. Your access will remain active until your paid period ends.


If you’re on a legacy GoCardless subscription:

  1. Email us at support@heymonika.com from the email address associated with your account

  2. Let us know that you wish to cancel your subscription.

  3. Cancel your GoCardless payment through your bank account's usual process to cancel a direct debit.

GoCardless will send you an email confirming the cancellation.


Important: We can’t process cancellations by email with the exception of GoCardless customers, this is to keep your account secure. You’ll need to log in and cancel directly with Stripe using the steps above.
