How to Add Users on the Hey Monika Team Plan

Adding users is simple but slightly manual while we build out our functionality (this is on the roadmap). Please drop us an email once you've activated your team plan and we'll get your team set up.

1. Sign up for Hey Monika

   Visit heymonika.app and enter your name and email address.

   
   

2. Choose the team plan

   You'll be asked to enter your checkout details, payments are powered by Stripe.

   
   

3. Get instant access for yourself

   Take a look around Hey Monika for yourself, work through the "Start Here" challenge on the dashboar to familiarise yourself with the platform.

   
   

4. Drop us an email

   You will receive an automated email from us when you sign up, but if you can't find it, drop us a quick email. We simply need the first names and email addresses for the users you wish to have access to Hey Monika.

   
   

5. We'll send you the log in details

   We'll link your account to your team members' accounts, and we'll email you with login details for each member. They can also reset their passwords with the the "forgot password" option.

6. Track progress monthly

   We'll share an anonymous team name, and anonymous names for each of your team members that only you know. This will mean you can track number of logins and performance of your team every month when we release the monthly league table.
