Hey Monika is a software tool that uses AI to teach bookkeepers how to operate in the real world of work. They are given realistic scenarios to work through as if they are working with real clients and real accounts. They learn how to complete reconciliations and different tasks in software tools of the job - like Xero and Dext, and they get feedback from Monika when they're stuck. They also interact with Monika via the chat function to ask questions and they can ask the client for documents just as if this was a real client.
