When you sign up for Hey Monika for the first time, you will choose your payment plan. Quick hint, if you want 30 days free, enter code FREEBIE at checkout to get your first month for free.

If you choose not to continue, simply cancel before your trial ends and you will not be charged, you can do this inside your settings. Your card details are held securely by Stripe but nothing is taken until your trial period is complete.

Because you get immediate access to the platform the moment your paid subscription begins, we are not able to offer refunds on any subscription payments, whether for a full month or any unused portion of a billing period.

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again after that.

To cancel, log in at heymonika.app, go to Settings → Billing, and select Cancel Plan. Full steps are in our help article.
