Why are documents downloading "blurry"?

We are aware that if you have a lot of downloads on your computer, documents may look blurry when you download them from the Document Vault.

This can be easily fixed by clearing your browser data and cookies.

Do this by heading to settings in your browser (Google Chrome works best for Hey Monika), going to Privacy, and then clicking Delete Browser Data.
