This week we've been sharing how we've improved the Hey Monika customer experience, released a new scenario, made a plan for the help section improvements, and discussed our next big thing...

We're so pleased that we've resolved the issues we've had with videos and documentation in the scenarios. Vanessa’s scenario now runs seamlessly, with videos, documentation, and feedback working perfectly. Nadia found great value in the Freddie Socials scenario, discovering the practical use of pivot tables - highlighting the importance of hands-on learning.

We now have control over product management. This autonomy allows us to quickly create tailored scenarios - something we previously couldn't do at such speed before. The agility in developing scenarios like Freddie Socials underlines our commitment to continuously improving user experience.

Returning to our core mission which is to boost confidence to help users secure jobs, promotions, or successfully launch their bookkeeping businesses, we’re exploring the idea of allowing users to build a live CV.

This live CV portal will document your real achievements, skills, and scenarios completed on Hey Monika, creating a verified record of your practical bookkeeping experience.

We’re also enhancing the user support experience. Plans include making Monika’s AI-powered assistance more accessible directly from your scenario page, simplifying the process. We’re reimagining the help documentation and resources to streamline your experience.

We’re considering introducing live scenario walkthroughs to directly support users in real-time and we're exploring the idea of a live event.

We're pleased to have finally moved past the Minimum Viable Product stage, we’re committed to maintaining momentum, continually evolving Hey Monika to be even better for you.

Stay tuned for more updates, we'd love your feedback.
